Wallet Academy
Wallet Academy is a simple HeartBadge course for understanding wallets, stable dollars, rewards, networks, cashout readiness, and when to ask for help. It is built for real members, not technical experts.
Recommended Member Path
Full membership unlocks the complete HeartBadge experience and is required before cashout. Credit and debit cards still work, but card-funded rewards can have extra send and cashout hold times. Supported non-card payment methods can help members avoid those extra timing windows.
Course Modules
Wallet Foundations
A digital wallet helps you receive, hold, and send digital money or digital items, including supported HeartBadge credentials and reward paths. A managed or custodial wallet is like leaving a house key with a trusted concierge who can help manage access. A self-managed or non-custodial wallet is like carrying the only key yourself: you have more control, but you must protect the recovery phrase. Learning this helps members use supported non-card payment methods, such as MNEE stable dollars when available, to avoid extra card-funded reward hold times.
Managed Wallets
A managed wallet is run by a trusted provider. It can be easier for beginners because the provider helps with login, recovery, support, and payment routing.
Self-Managed Wallets
A self-managed wallet gives you direct control, but you are responsible for protecting the recovery phrase, passkey, or hardware device.
Account Security
Wallet safety depends on the account around it: your email, device, password, two-factor setup, and recovery notes.
Network Lanes
A network is the lane a payment travels on. The wallet, token, and network must match before a payment or digital item moves.
Stable Dollars
Stable dollars are digital tokens designed to stay close to one dollar. HeartBadge may support MNEE, USDC, or PYUSD where available.
HeartBadge Rewards
Reward dollars are HeartBadge credits from eligible activity. They can often be used inside HeartBadge right away, while sending and cashout have extra safety checks.
Cashout Readiness
Full membership is required before cashout. Current cashout requests are limited to $50.00 per request and $100.00 per day per member, and every request is reviewed.
Wallet Roadmap
Secure your account, choose Full membership when ready, and use supported non-card payment methods when available to avoid extra card-funded hold times.
When to Ask for Help
If a wallet screen, reward step, or payout request looks unfamiliar, stop and ask support before sending anything.
Completion
The interactive browser course saves progress locally and unlocks a Wallet Graduate Badge after all module checkpoints are completed.
